School management is an effort to maximize the use of school resources, which includes organizing, planning, and controlling activities more effectively and efficiently. Each school, including PAUD Hati Nurani, has its own way of implementing rules and management in the school environment.


PAUD Hati Nurani School Management System

PAUD Hati Nurani, rebuilt in 2019 by Happy Hearts Indonesia in collaboration with PT Asuransi Astra Buana, continues to grow at an astonishing rate. The average annual growth rate of enrolled students is 18.3%, indicating that school administration and a more comfortable and secure classroom environment encourage students’ enthusiasm for attending school.

PAUD Hati Nurani-canteen menuThis advancement is the result of the School Financial Management and Entrepreneurship training that PAUD Hati Nurani teachers attended in 2021. They used what they learned to improve their school financial management capabilities, such as keeping their school finances neater and more structured and implementing the school canteen.

However, parents now have a place to wait while reading books and practicing parenting skills.


About PAUD Hati Nurani

PAUD Hati Nurani was founded in 2014 to support an orphanage that takes care of children whose parents work abroad as immigrant workers. The school, located in Southwest Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara, has four teachers with school operating hours Monday to Wednesday (07.00 – 11.00 WITA).

The Role of School Management for PAUD Hati Nurani-school buildingIn 2019, HHI and Asuransi Astra Buana built two classrooms equipped with proper furniture and a decent toilet. The classroom was completed with a railing and ramp for a wheelchair since some PAUD Hati Nurani students live with disabilities. These new facilities have provided a safe and comfortable learning environment.
